
Check-in limit
Due to safety reasons and to avoid departure delays there is a time limit to check-in. Once the check-in has closed you will not be allowed to board. To avoid stress and do your check-in in a timely manner, please consult before hand what is the time limit.
When checking-in you must have your passport and a valid entry visa to the country you are visiting.
Business and First Class passengers have reserved check-in desks in order to expedite their check-in.
Cabin baggage
For your own comfort and of the other passengers you are allowed to carry to the aircraft one piece of hand luggage plus your purse, briefcase or laptop. Your combined bags should not weight more than 12kg and your carry-on should not exceed 45 inches in overall dimension (length x height x depth).
Checked baggage
Based on your ticket fare you are allowed to check in a pre-determined number of bags free of charge. No single bag may exceed 32kg (70 lbs) in weight. The number of volumes you can carry are:
- Economics - 2 bags
- Business and First Class - 3 bags
Business and First Class passengers have reserved check-in desks in order to expedite their check-in.
Health and Well Being
To maximise passenger comfort for those that may need assistance during the flight, please inform us at reservation time what type of help will be required. Will take the necessary measures to enhance your entire journey experience, from before your flight, right through to after you arrive.
If deemed necessary we may request a medical authorization before a passenger can board our planes. A medical authorization may be asked to:
- people who are sick or who had surgery recently.
- people whose health may compromise normal flight operation.
